    Our extensive experience accumulated over 20 years, enables us to guide you through the intricacies of the visa to China application process. We ensure your forms are meticulously organized and completed to the exact specifications of the Chinese Embassy, significantly reducing the risk of delays or visa rejections.

    We advise you to apply for a visa approximately 1 month before your departure, but no earlier than 3 months. Processing times vary, so plan accordingly. Visa validity ranges from 1 month to 1 year depending on the type. For shorter validity visas (like 1 month), consider applying closer to your trip (around 2 weeks).

    To apply for a Chinese visa, you will need to go through a few steps:

    Check whether you require a visa to enter China. French or Taiwanese passport holders have to lodge the documents to the Chinese visa centre in person. Additional supporting documents may be required. Temporary visitors/tourists to Singapore must apply for a Chinese visa in their own country.

    You must have at least two empty pages in your passport. The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of exiting China.

    A business visa is typically issued to foreign nationals traveling to China for business or trade purposes. For additional information, fees and the list of the required documents, refer to the Business visa requirements and fees page.

    Tourist visas enable domestic helpers to join their employers for vacations or family visits in China. For additional information, fees and the list of the required documents, refer to the Helper’s visa requirements and fees page.

    A Chinese transit visa is issued to passengers who need to connect through a Chinese airport en route to a final destination outside of China. For additional information, fees and the list of the required documents, refer to the Transit visa requirements and fees page.

    Submit all the documents to us, so we can process your visa application:

    • Contact us on info@globalsingapore.sg to book a courier collection.
    • In person at our office. Visit the Visa Appointment Booking page in order to book an appointment. Our opening hours are 9.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday. The last appointment is at 17.00.
    • Send them by your courier.

    Attend the Visa Service Centre for fingerprinting (if required).

    • All applicants for a multiple-entry or FDW visa aged 14 to 70 need to provide fingerprints at the China Visa Application Service Centre. An exception applies if your fingerprints were collected for a visa application in the past five years and your passport hasn’t been renewed since then.
    • After we have received all the documents required to submit your visa application we will call you to schedule an appointment to submit fingerprints (if required) at the China Visa Application Service Centre (80 Robinson Road, #16-01, (S) 068898) between 14-30 and 15.30.
    • Our service includes a standard appointment available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
