• The 2024 Cruise Industry News Annual Report highlights a remarkable 89% increase in cruise capacity for the Asia Pacific region, following several years of reduced activity due to the pandemic. This growth is largely driven by leading cruise lines such as Adora Cruises, Resorts World Cruises, and MSC Cruises. Notably, MSC Cruises has relaunched its China-based program with the MSC Bellissima and plans to introduce the MSC Splendida to the region by November.

The report indicates that nearly 90 cruise ships will be sailing in the Asia Pacific in 2024, marking a 40% increase from the previous year. This diverse lineup includes prominent brands such as Royal Caribbean International, Costa Cruises, and Norwegian Cruise Line, as well as regional players like Tianjin Orient and Blue Dream Cruises.
