    Internal info #

    • Employment letter: to be issued within the last one month
    • need the full policy document, with the cost and coverage – to cover repatriation, emergency medical care, hospitalisation (including death)
    • 3 months’ local bank statement (best to minimally have $3000)
    • For minor, will need a sponsorship letter
      • Address to Switzerland embassy
      • Sponsor personal details. You should start the letter by introducing yourself. Write down your full name, address, and other contact information, such as your phone number and email address, in case the embassy or consulate needs to contact you.
      • Applicant’s information. Write down the full name and passport details of the applicant you will sponsor.
      • Relationship between the sponsor and the applicant. Provide proof of relation (birth cert/marriage cert)
      • The reason for sponsorship. Explain why you are sponsoring the applicant, for example is it a family visit, for tourism, business purposes, etc.
      • Details and itinerary of the trip. Give details of the applicant’s itinerary, e.g., what they will be doing, what places they are going to visit, etc.
      • Financial commitment by the sponsor. Give details about the financial support that you will provide for the applicant, e.g., you will be covering their travel, accommodation, and daily expenses. You can include the amount of money that you will provide as well.
      • Sponsor’s financial documents. You must include your three months bank statements
      • Signature. Do not forget to sign the letter and date it at the end.

    Process notes #

    • For assistance in advice, checking and appointment booking, there is a service charge of $98 before GST. Do note that you will also have to pay the consulate fee directly at the centre.
      Once all the documents are ready, you can send it to us in softcopy for checking. If everything is good to go, we will assist with booking an appointment for you at the VFS centre, and you will have to head down to the centre for a personal application.

    • Upon payment, book the earliest appointment on the VFS website
      • No service fee payment required, will need applicant’s personal data
      • will have to make consulate fee payment + VFS service fee payment at the center
      • Payment by cash or nets at VFS
    • Send the respective checklist for them to prepare the documents. They can email us the documents for our checking
